CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR OBTAINING A RESELLER PRICELIST.

To benefit from our wholesale prices we demand proof that you run a business e.g., a copy of the registration with your local chamber of commerce as well as your VAT number.
If you do not have a VAT number because of the size of your business we demand a copy of the government letter in which your given exemption to pay the VAT.
This is required to secure that only business related resellers can buy against our wholesale prices.

For EU residents ONLY; with a valid VAT number we will not charge you the Dutch VAT - Please include this with the information you send us to obtain access to the wholesale pricelist. In all other cases we have to charge the Dutch VAT (now 19%).

Due to the higher cost associated with export-wholesale orders we have a minimum order amount of Euro 250,- . For orders below this amount we will charge the retail prices.
All orders have to be prepaid before shipment. We will not keep backorders for products that are out of stock, you have to reorder these products again once they become available.
Additional orders before shipment will only be accepted above Euro 45,- Smaller additional orders we cannot accept.

ONLY Resellers and wholesalers can visit us on Monday's at the Tradeshow at Utrecht ( booth 2B225 ). On Thursday to Friday you can visit us at our showroom in Wassenaar at the Oostdorperweg 52 between 10.00 and 17.00.If you visit us for the first time, then please bring with you a copy of your Registration at the chamber of commerce which shows your business is Branch related.To make sure we are there we advice you to call us at +31 624 678 269.
