Our minimum order-amount is € 45,00 Excluding VAT (€ 53.55 incl VAT) per order. Smaller orders are charged € 5,00 for handling and administration.

All order are pre-paid only and will be shipped after the money is received on our account. You will receive a Proforma Invoice by email with the exact amount that needs to be transferred to our account. The order will be held for 3 weeks awaiting your payment, after this time we consider the order cancelled. If payment is received after 3 weeks, we cannot guarantee availability of the products for which you received a Proforma invoice.

Freight is based on the international priority pack service from TPG, unless you request a different way of shipment. The actual cost will depend on size and weight of the packaged goods. The actual cost will appear on the Proforma and final invoice.

We will inform you upfront in case we cannot complete the order due to insufficient stock of the products you ordered. For practical reasons we do not keep backorders

In all cases, goods are sent at the risk and responsibility of the recipient. Parcels that have visible damage should be rejected when the parcels are delivered. If the parcel is accepted there is no possibility to claim for damages anymore.
Claims concerning incorrect shipped items and incomplete shipments (WITH UNDAMAGED CARTONS) must be received within 2 working days. Complaints about the quality must be received within 8 days. The handling of complaints is to our judgement.

Unless marked out of stock, items are usually in stock. However, based on orders received, some products might not have the required stock levels to fullfil your order or we might be temporarily out of stock.

Many of our products, like Glassbeads, are handmade and therefore color, size and shapes may differ between and in shipments. Products sold by weight or sold in larger numbers have an approximate weight or approximated quantity, small deviations should be expected. |
In case of a dispute, we select the jurisdiction of the court in the Hague, The Netherlands.
